Thank you for your interest in our handmade plushies. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason (the shipping options we propose include tracking).

We take great care in creating our products, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.

Please inspect your order upon reception, if the item is defective and/or damaged file a claim with the postal service or delivery company responsible of your item. 
ThePlushlings is not responsible for any lost, stollen, or missing packages, if this does occur, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the postal service or delivery company responsible of your item.  

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
